The Role

The TGI team is focused on our ever-changing portfolio of data solutions. As a Product Analyst, you will be focusing on the ongoing management and optimization of TGI products. The role of a Product Analyst is diverse, involving close collaboration with both commercial and operational teams to ensure the sustained product delivery, and continuous improvement of our existing products and partnerships within the business.

Role responsibilities

  • Support the Product Director in the delivery of TGI Connected Solutions
  • Supporting the Product Director with product and commercial requirements.
  • Be the main point of contact for operational and technical colleagues in managing the daily life of our products
  • Liaise with our key digital data partners to ensure effective product enablement.
  • Collaborate with market-facing and product-marketing teams.
  • Collect client feedback to feed into plans for how the product can be developed.
  • Look at product processes and governance are optimised to deliver growth for our offers.
  • Manage day-to-day priority of partner workflows.
  • Refresh and optimize integrations.
  • Align closely with the business to ensure effective use of capabilities.
  • Coordinate multiple projects with internal and external partners.
  • Involve in strategic TGI data integration paths development for the team.

What we are looking for

  • Ideally: 1 years of experience in a market research environment.
  • Knowledge of syndicated market research is desirable.
  • Can demonstrate project management experience – whether in a market research role (e.g., Research Management) or another project or product management domain.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent: Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for task completion and proactive issue resolution.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement: Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders across various domains, including commercial, technical, and partnership environments, both within and outside the organization.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills: Outgoing and personable, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships that support collaboration and business growth.
  • Career-minded: Interested in developing skills and growing within product management and development.
